We arrived without renting a car and stayed for one night. When host learned we had to go to Takachiho, he made a detailed information around the area for us and even drove us to Takamori station the next day, e route to minami aso village tourist center and sakura blossom spot.

the property is very clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. We like the warm comfy sunroom,overlooking beautiful backyard. Full Kitchen and dining room. separate bathroom for shower and washing machine. wood-burning fireplace, digital piano, games… everything is with clear instructions if how to use them. Lots of maps, tourist info sheet, also other books…the list is endless.
