We have the whole place to ourselves. The kids have their own bed and separated rooms from us. The place was close to everything! Great location 👌 We spend our days at Saikaew Beach which was a 5 min walk. Great value for the price. We are enjoying Ko Samet so much we have extended our stay here. It is not a hotel, it's like a house. So no daily cleaning etc but the lady brings us water and toilet paper everyday. The rest you have to up keep yourself, which was fine. The checking was smooth and the guy was lovely. It works for us! We love it here.

Thr ned is on the hard side but it is a basic accommodation so it's expected. Everything else was fine.
