Close to the beach and amenities, Thai people living close by, quiet neighbourhood, clean and functional

A socket near the bed in the back space would be good, and the property would benefit from some minor maintenance (broken shelf in one wardrobe, dripping shower, bedroom door doesn’t shut)

Mainly it was pretty much as expected, which was fine. I booked for 3 adults & only 2 came; the proprietor said that I needed to apply to Booking.com for any efund - in this case I think it's probably too late but I'd like to knmow how to do that - not obvious from app etc. 2 things would make a positive difference for visitors : 1)DRINKING WATER- one of those huge bottles costs about TB40, even onm Samet, & saves guestss sclepping back with 7-11 plastic bottles. 2) access to Netflix- the proprietor said s/he couldn't share.

The house is spacious with plenty of room to sleep. Nice quite location but very near to the beach. All in all it's bang for your buck. As a suggestion would like the host to add 1 or 2 extra blankets.

Kitchen is open, and with dense jungle nearby, it just made a bit vary of snakes(or maybe m just too sissy)
