house was wonderful and had everything we needed, big bedrooms and great location

when you pay for a property you do expect it to yourself. What was not mentioned is that house keeping come onto the property several times a day to an out house just outside our lounge door. They were there early morning when we were getting up and dressed, we never felt like the property was just ours. Nothing was said about someone coming in constantly all day, up to 3 people at a time going in and out, we will not be going back to this property.

Overall very good with nice touches, a couple of tired items needed fixing that were a let down.

Fridge and woodburner needed repair. Easy maintenance fixes that you'd expect to be done prior to stays.

Great location Nice and clean

The shower knob was broken and it was difficult to adjust the temp. out of 3 TV remotes only one worked. The TV was difficult to work and find channels. No dishwasher tabs were left for us.

Welcome pack which was fab, included bread but no butter which was a bit odd

Everything was considered for us and the cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable. liked the contained garden for our dogs and parking only a few feet away helps with unpacking/packing. The Deli across the road supplies everything you could need and served wonderful food too. There’s a lovely dog walk loop that takes you to the beach and back through Thornham.

no complaints at all.. the stairs are quite steep if you struggle with mobility issues… but that’s common for a cottage of course!
