Fish Eagles View - on game farm close to pilansberg

The house was comfortable and the views great. Provided books and games. Indoor fireplace. (Did provide wood after we asked for it) Saw lots of game, including Giraffes.

Had to contact the host to gain entry into property. (He was overseas) Did not have hot water for two of the three showers.(seems to have run out of gas) Needed wood for the fire pit, therefore did not use it.

The property is large, very well furnished and appointed making the stay very pleasant. The area is really peaceful and so the time spent there was very restful.

Everything was great.

Beautiful view of lovely dam, the quiet, good selection of game.

The owner obviously makes an effort to maintain but there is a lot of patching up all over. Dirty under couches. Single bed very uncomfortable. Know that facility is advertised as having stove, microwave but photo has stove with oven so food is purchased for oven baking. Clear indications of fridge without freezer should be made. Small cooler type freezer not adequate. Bruno kindly supplied additional ice. Cutlery needs to be checked for chips in glasses.

Fish Eagles View is STUNNING! It even looks that much more breathtaking in person, the balcony view and views from the bedroom! Bruno was an amazing host, we went with our dog and children who all enjoyed the stay and the nice walks we took to the dam.

Setting is spectacular! House is spacious and well equipped. Very peaceful and quiet. Owner planning a bit of a revamp which should be nice

I would suggest a top sheet on the bed and not just a duvet. Freezer space may be a bit small for large family.
