La casa è molto accogliente e pulita, silenziosa e sufficiente fresca (siamo andati in agosto) in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Il Sig. Marco ci ha fatto trovare la colazione molto abbondante e varia, per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Soluzione perfetta per chi vuole visitare Lanciano ma anche le zone limitrofe. Comoda anche per raggiungere il mare. Fossacesia marina è a circa 15 minuti di macchina.

Posizione centralissima e comoda da raggiungere dal vicino parcheggio a pagamento. Spaziosa e ben arredata. Cucina e bagno molto grandi, comodi e dotati di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

The property is really besutiful. It’s all brand new with brilliant colour scheme, decor and floors. I will be staying longer next year and Marco is an excellent owner and was completely responsive and present. For your stay in Lanciano , I recommend Il Melograno for any type of stay. Him and his wife did a beautiful job with this house. Grazie.
