Nice small apartment in great location, with the sea view from the balcony. Close to the Old Port and fantastic small beaches, great places to eat just a few steps away.

It is an old building and stairs leading to the apartment are steep - could be a issue for some people.

The location is great. Mini market, cafés and restaurants are within 250 metres.

The size of the flat is stated as 50 m². However, it is 35 m² at the most. The balcony is tiny, you can only sit there if you are very slim. The way to the roof terrace is adventurous. A very narrow staircase with different steps has many dangers. The huge terrace was unkempt. Lots of rubble and dirt. The cushions for the sunbeds and chairs should also be urgently renewed.
