Excellent host. We had a very good time.

A peaceful place at the beginning of Sithonia, suitable for exploring the region. The hosts are wonderful, hospitable, to the point that we were several times treated to their excellent specialties. The property is not new, but it is spacious, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean.

Totul a fost la superlativ,in special gazdele. Sakis și doamna Sofia ne au făcut vacanta mai frumoasă. Au avut grija de noi ca de proprii copii,foarte primitori și amabili. Totul a fost foarte curat și bine pregătit pentru orice. Bucătăria echipata cu tot ce e nevoie,ne am simțit că acasă. Satul e pitoresc și localizat aproape de plaje superbe.Recomand pentru familii și grupuri de prieteni care vor sa descopere cu adevărat o bucățică din Grecia și din căldura oamenilor de aici.

The house is in a very small village which offers only a minimarket at 20 meters, but with a car you can reach the nearest town in 10/15' and you can reach even the farthest beaches in 1 hour/1h 30'. It is a traditional house still used by the owner when not rented; the real asset of the house are Sakis the owner and his mother. They both were super-helpful in both providing information about places to go, beaches etc but also treated us with nearly daily delicacies including a Greek pizza version. They also invited us at their place for a coffee, opening their house as we were long time friends. They live in the same building in a neighboring flat separated by a door, but your privacy is totally safe.

The house is well furnished but it is not modern; air con is only in the hall but you have fans in all the other rooms, the hot water system is not the most effective.

Very friendly and attentive hosts, very clean and tidy house, large space, outside veranda, shade from trees, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc), beach equipment (towels, umbrella, mats). Close to supermarket.

In the morning you can hear some cars passing by.

Many thanks to Sakis and his mother Sofia for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to meet them and to consume some old Greek specialties such as moussaka, which was prepared for us in the traditional Greek way.
