"Perfect stay in Rhayader"

The place was clean, spacious, had all the amenities. Lovely comfy sofas, bed was also really comfortable. Right in the town so have everything on your doorstep. Absolutely brilliant.

I didn't receive the email with the instructions on how to get in and didn't realise this until we arrived so it took a little while to get through to the agent (phone signal is patchy) to get this info. So look out for the email with the details and call in advance if you don't get this.

clean, good setting, excellent facilities

there are nails (from carpet grip strips) coming through the carpet on the small stairs leading up to the mezzanine in at least one of the bed rooms. We had one person scratched, but someone could get injured worse. suggest you make safe as soon as possible.

"Loved it....We shall return"

Fabulous house on the edge of the village. Facilities were excellent. House as exceptionally clean. The hot-tub was checked/cleaned everyday...although early in the morning so we weren't disturbed at all. We booked this for my niece's 40th birthday, we were a party of 8 aged from 88 to 6 and we all absolutely loved the house. The location was fantastic, only a short walk into the village with all the shops and pubs, the cafe just behind the house did a fantastic breakfast. The Indian takeaway was one of the best we've ever had...despite the poor reviews! and the icing in the cake was the Kite feeding station just down the road...absolutely breathtaking!!! We want to return ASAP!!

Excellent location for exploring Elan valley and the town. generally well equipped

parking difficult particularly with luggage. no way to dry wet clothes however there is a laundrette in walking distance.

Location and rooms all having en-suite

The shower trays were a bit slippy - we were all ok with this apart from my Dad who was a bit wary of this being 84. Perhaps a non slip mat could be provided in a cupboard somewhere?

wonderful property great location right in town and plenty of free parking beautiful house comfy beds great outdoor space and has a hot tub will look forward to returning fabulous communication throughout
