Everything was great

Great little spot, comfy bed and on a cold night great to sit by the fireplace heater in antique chairs

There are fruit trees out the back in an orchard garden but if feel like a fresh central otago pear? Go to the supermarket! The neighbour will tell you in no uncertain terms that they're not for guests!

The central location, relatively clean.

The property is a ‘quaint’ cottage in need of upgrade to enable it to demand the the fee charged. Furnishings and amenities are basic and low quality. Some information about the history of the cottage would have been interesting. No aircon, no WiFi.

The house is old and fully of character. The plum tree in the back garden had the best plums I have ever had. The gardens were lovely. It was close to the river for nice walks and walking distance to town.

It was hot weather when we were there and several of the windows either didn't open enough or didn't open at all so it was hard to get it cool enough. It is right on the main road so traffic noise is loud in the front rooms but the back of the house is quiet

Lots of space we’ll located in a lovely little town. Very comfy bed in main bedroom !!

Kitchen could be better equipped.

Quaint , warm and comfortable .

No Wifi . No hairdryer. No coffee plunger . No information booklet Re places to eat, local places/ sites of interest . Eg Jimmy’s Pies . The road noise is evident . We hadn’t even closed the door and someone came in and dropped off the next peoples bags ! ( it was 09.50 am). I didn’t think that was professional .
