The Studio

Love the space, great choice of cookware, crockery and good size table to sit and eat. Nice and clean and communication was prompt and incisive.

This is the 3 critical points that I have, 1 of which is not something that can be changed. 1 - The parking for a large van is difficult to stay within the parking bay, even for an advanced driver. It is good that the option is there, but would be suited better for people with cars. 2 - the shower isn't overly powerful, though the facilities for the bathroom are well kept and spacious. 3 - the tv could be larger and placed on the wall to allow for a better viewing experience. All these points are not bad things, they are just things that would make the review a 10/10, instead of a 9/10

Low ceiling in bedroom but microwave & cupboards in kitchen too high

Great location and off-road parking.

The parking space is a bit tight as some people have mentioned but wasn't too much of a problem.

- L'ouverture du logement ne se fait que par un code et je ne pense pas qu'il soit changé à chaque hôte. Une clé permettrait de renforcer la sécurité - Système d'eau chaude compliqué - Place de parking assez petite - Absence d'étendoir à linge - La photo laisse penser qu'il y a un jardin alors qu'il y a une grande haie entre la terrasse et le jardin (pas sur qu'il soit avec le logement ?)

Location was very close to seafront

Unfortunately the downstairs (kitchen, dining room, bathroom) had not been cleaned. The floor was covered in crumbs, the kitchen chairs also in crumbs, coffee table covered in dust, the blinds on the French doors were covered in stains, and we had ants and woodlice. All the cutlery and crockery and kitchen wear were dirty and needed cleaning before use. The microwave was also absolutely filthy. The owner/management did offer to get a cleaner for the 2nd and final day of our stay but we couldn’t really wait that long to get the cleaning done!

The bed sheets was full of hair it seems haven’t been changed from the previous tenants
