The Studio

Zero!!! Wasn’t clean, dust everywhere. Shower screen was smeared. Kitchen sink and bowls needed a deep clean. The whole place needs a good spring clean, has loads of marks on the walls. Asked for a fan, they delivered next day but that wasn’t clean either on the blades they were black. I tolerated it because I’m not in it very long during the day. But the electricity went out on the 3rd night and they moved me. Checked online and it wasn’t a power cut. Anyway it was the last thing I needed at 8pm to pack up and move before it was dark but I did and didn’t moan but appreciated it having electricity. Moved to Oceans 12A under Worthing agency and I was mortified the second night I slept in the bed I was itching and discovered that the linen wasn’t changed then was concerned was it the same at The Studio too? Had tons of hair (took pictures) and it’s been slept in multiple times. Totally grossed me out! Emailed Anne who letting agency of these properties and offered me one night free accommodation for the electricity going out! That wasn’t issue, sleeping in dirty linen is the issue, accommodation not cleaned…Shower at Oceans 12a Shelley Road was hanging on by a screw! This has been said on trust pilot and they have ignored the issues for other clients!

Parking is extremely tight and neighbour asked me to move to the end. The electric blind was broken too, the bedroom is extremely warm and requires a fan to be left luckily I carry one ok me. No tv upstairs. Tv is small downstairs and needs to pulled out to use. Settee is very lumpy and uncomfortable. Dust behind everywhere, shower screen and table was used with a dirty cloth which is why it’s smeared. Things are starting to rust I noticed on the locks, signs etc..Overall I was glad to leave but ended up in a modern apartment but that had different issues but wasn’t maintained either! I work on the road every week and this is the dirtiest accommodation I’ve stayed in. DO NOT BOOK!!!

The studio is lovely, well decorated and tidy. The beds are comfy are too the location is perfect too, walking distance from the seafront and Worthing town centre so saves any need to drive in and park there. Parking is also easy on the street if you bring more than one car which is brilliant.

The drive is hard to park on as it's quite small and tight if you have a big car, but that can't be helped. The BBQ needs a good clean which put us off using it.

Well difficult to say as we were in a different property to the one we booked. The property we stayed in was OK - good location for the event we were booking.

Well our experience on arriving @ our booked property was shocking as it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants - and let’s just say they had left it in a bit of a state (not as we would leave and left the property) On contacting the owner we were quickly sent to an alternative property - but let’s just say it wasn’t ideal…!

The sofa bed in lounge needed changing as uncomfortable to sit on.
