It’s a great house not just a cottage! Wonderful location in the cedars, kids loved exploring the forest/yard, layout perfect w bedrooms upstairs big master down, very roomy. Fishing 1 mile up the road at reservoir. Super nice clean - GREAT!

"The perfect place to stay in southeast Utah."

This is an incredibly well-equipped house with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The location is quiet. We saw deer and wild turkeys daily. The property is within driving distance of the most interesting sights in southeast Utah. We visited Monument Valley, Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep National Monument, Newspaper Rock, and Gooseneck State Park.

Beautiful cottage inside and out. Beds & linens very nice and comfy. Cottage is well appointed and even offers some condiments and a well stocked kitchen of utensils and most anything you could think of needing in order to eat or meal prep. Love the heated floors in the master bath!! This place was perfect for us and our guest from Australia! We used the cottage as our start and stop point on our daily adventures and were very pleased with our decision to try this place.

Master bed was a little too soft on the edges for me. When getting in and out of bed the edge gave way more than I liked which then caused us to have more contact with the side boards holding the mattress. Once situated on the bed is wasn't so bad and the bed was fairly comfy but getting in and out of bed you had to be careful so as not to impact the side boards which for me would cause a bruise.
