Exclusive Central Home with Sauna next to the New York Café

Spacious, clean, comfortable, air conditioned flat, great location.

Poor customer service, rejects phone calls, doesn't speak Hungarian and poor English. Not friendly, not helpful. No washing machine, although the flat is listed in Booking.com search as having one. Also listed as having a bath, but plug mechanism was broken. The host didn't bother to fix it during our stay. Dishwasher is poor quality, falling apart. We were given the wrong wifi password.

It was a very convenient location and the apartment is clean and spacious a very good size for our family.

No washing machine, no coffee or espresso machine, no hangers for clothes, and common area and elevator for apartment is very dirty.

The locatoin is right in the middle of everything. we were a bigger group and it was just perfect!

Location was great, apartment was clean and very spacious. Communication with the host was excellent as we had a minor issue with the electrics which was rectified promptly. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beds not very comfortable Number of beds not accurate no Wasing machine Not enough cups No toaster Only 1 towel each for 4 days No iron or ironing board but this was delivered on the last day.

The location is very good

The apartment has three bedrooms but one of the rooms has a wall full of mould which makes it impossible to sleep there as it smells very strong. I told the person in charge and she said that the manager would give me a 20%discount as we couldn’t use the room. But since I left, nobody’s contacted me and I tried to send messages with no success (it was a prepaid booking)
