The apartment had everything you needed - beach towels, lots of different kitchen items. The Jacuzzi works great. Convenient location, near the beach and the center

Die Lage ist super und der Whirlpool ist ein eindeutiger Vorteil der Unterkunft.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber, eine Grundreinigung wurde anscheinend nicht durchgeführt, da der Boden und die Oberflächen dreckig und klebrig waren. Das Geschirr war leider auch noch schmutzig und generell ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt nicht gepflegt. An dem Duschkopf befand sich schwarzer Schimmel und um sich wohlzufühlen, mussten wir erstmal selber putzen, kein schöner Start in den Urlaub. Die Vermietung hat zwar schnell geantwortet, aber suchte nur nach den Verantwortlichen und schickte niemanden zur erneuten Reinigung, zudem fand die Kommunikation nur auf portugiesisch statt.

Maison propre. Très bien située, 3 minutes à pieds de la plage, de la ville, d’un parking gratuit. Équipée d’un jacuzzi appréciable. Serviettes à disposition pour la toilette et pour le jacuzzi. Des chaises longues seraient un petit plus agréable 😉.

Ficámos hospedados durante 5 noites e, infelizmente, o ar condicionado não funcionou durante toda a estadia, o que tornou as noites muito difíceis devido às temperaturas elevadas. Para tentar aliviar o calor, tivemos de manter as janelas abertas, mas como o alojamento se situa numa zona bastante movimentada, era impossível descansar com o barulho constante na rua – pessoas a gritar, cantar e conversar até altas horas. O problema foi reconhecido por um senhor que veio ao local várias vezes e confirmou a avaria, mas não nos foram apresentadas alternativas nem recebemos qualquer contacto ou pedido de desculpa por parte dos hosts, o que lamentamos profundamente. Entendemos que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas acreditamos que os equipamentos devem ser verificados antes de arrendar um alojamento. Mais importante ainda, deveria haver uma resposta mais atenta e empática por parte dos responsáveis. Esperamos que esta situação seja levada em consideração para melhorar a experiência de futuros hóspedes.

Perfect location to visit old Albufeira by foot. Completely on one level, so perfect for wheelchair users. You can relax in the jacuzzi when you prefer a day of rest.

Nothing to dislike as a holiday villa. A little overpriced given I had already informed I would not be using the jacuzzi - which I didn’t.

Great self contained chalet, very clean, convenient to beach and restaurants. Strong Wi-fi. Owners responded very quickly to our questions. Can highly recommend this property.

The apartment is very well equipped and includes a good barbecue and hot tub. We liked the closed proximity to the beach and Old Town and yet it is peaceful at night.
