Very clean throughout. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the porch, the table and chairs are a great addition this year. Nice big TV with Sky box. Decent WiFi signal available in all rooms. Oven very easy to use. Private parking right next to the property. Location is great. Traffic noise minimal in the evening.

Bathrooms look very elegant but "designer" taps and shower heads are very awkward to use. No mobile phone signal at the property due to location (EE and Tesco mobile) but that would vary by provider.

Some bath fixtures were a little loose. Maybe an outside table would be nice to appreciate the views.

The photos on booking.com are not up to date and do not do the place justice as it’s a lovely place. We were able to check in early which was good. The location is brilliant although not safest to walk on the road as it’s quite a narrow road but close drive to the local towns! The house has everything you need for your dog walk and is super cosy and comfortable. I would say it could definitely benefit from a shower as the bath situation can be a bit of a pain but certainly didn’t ruin it for us. Could also benefit from some outside seating such as a table and chairs for morning breakfast or coffee. Garden was perfect for our dog as he doesn’t venture far but it isn’t completely secure. Overall would 100% recommend.

Lack of shower facilities and door on fridge needs repair. Some minor updating needed.
