Close to amenities. Clean and comfortable for a family of 9.

The parking. Plenty of room for 3 cars but not easy to find because it’s around the back of the house and nothing to tell you how to access it

Floods, had to replace light bulbs, curtains falling down, lights fusing, filthy cooker extractor,

The house was lovely, spacious and cosy and the location was great just a few minutes walk into Ambleside and all the pubs, shops and restaurants. The hosts were also very quick to respond when we had a query on the evening we arrived.

Very spacious, every room had ensuites or personal bathroom. High standard decoration and furniture. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Very clean.

Every room had an attached bathroom which was great.

The parking space wasn’t the easiest to find. No instructions provided for the supposed “gas fireplace” and when messaged, one was told that it was somewhere in the pile of instruction booklets left on the table - it wasn’t.

Great location and the house was excellent.

that there was plenty of comfortable room for everyone. the location was good though bedrooms at the front directly on the main road was noisy, this was not referenced in property description. The view out of the back of the house

noisy road side gate dangerous for small children fire doors a hazard for small children as they are self closing and very heavy top floor shower overflow easily unless the drain plug is taken out
