"Great location but needs some attention"

Fabulous location near Arrowtown. Easy walk into arrowtown and all that has to offer. Off street parking and nice and quiet. Plenty of outdoor space. Good communication with owners.

The bathroom was very tired and the shower was either boiling hot or normal temperature with little to no pressure. I think the property probably needs some updating. Also no kettle.

"Convenient location to enjoy both Arrowtown and Queenstown, really lovely family cottage"

It was so "well-appointed" there was tea, coffee and chocolate! Some eggs in the fridge for our use and all sorts of spices etc as well as breakfast foods and it was toasty warm.

Its nothing really but it is good to be aware that you walk from the car to the cottage over grass so if you have some shoes that are okay on wet grass it would be useful - but that's just looking for things as we really loved the cottage and I have already recommended it to work colleagues as an excellent place to take kids.
