The Crossing Retreat, Barn, R95TH5C

Wasn’t informed that the property was located next door to owners house left within 30 minutes, tried to get in contact with owner and never got a response

We went there intending to disconnect from the world and de-stress. The property is in the middle of nowhere, and the only thing we heard were the sounds of birds: perfection! The view is beautiful, the jacuzzi is a bonus, and the bed is super comfortable. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

The water pressure in the shower isn't the best. The floor is quite cold, but they provide slides

We were very disappointed with the facility. Damp mouldy conditions in the bathroom Water leaking from the toilet No hot water in bathroom sink and cold tap faulty Rain water seeping through the walls and pooling on the floor beside the bed and electrical sockets Also rain water leaking through the door causing it to expand leaving it almost impossible to open and close All floor tiles damp and wet so we had to have shoes on at all times indoors No Wi-Fi Poor TV reception

the location was lovely

the heating didn’t work we had to buy blankets for heat. the hot tub also didn’t work no matter how many times we tried to get it to work . the shower floods the bathroom sadly. you can hear rats in the ceiling which i have seen others say aswell. and lastly the electric went out half way through are stay

Very cosy little spot, incredibly peaceful and perfect to just get away from everything. The jacuzzi was amazing, and everything we needed was provided for us. Already booked another stay!

Really lovely location, dog friendly and the hot tub was such a lovely extra!

The temperature of the water in the shower was a bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so for a quick shower each it was fine.
