The Crossing Retreat, Barn, R95TH5C

It was a very pretty property in a lovely piece of land. We arrived very late but the owner was understanding and left the key for us. It's a quirky little annex turned barn style cottage. The bathroom was better than expected given previous review. I think the owners must have upgraded it. Lots of plugs, seating area, cooking area et. There was some tea and milk and all the basics were available, except coffee as I recall. It was lovely and toasty when we arrived and a little chilly the next day. Overall I'd stay again. IT was a pleasant experience

Great location very quiet and peaceful. great view The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. I recommend this accommodation

Lovely location - hidden away in rural Ireland looking over the mountains. Very basic and quaint one room cottage which is comfortable and cosy. There is no mod cons here, just the essentials. Dog friendly. Loved it and would go again.

Cooking - Go prepared. There is a fridge, microwave, and cooker but there is a lack iof work surface and minimal cutlery utensils and pans etc. We had Chinese takeaways from Jade Garden in New Ross (highly recommended)

Nothing paid in advance arrived and he told us it had previously been booked the day before turned us away still hav not received a refund

Lovely venue, was right where we needed to stay, comfortable and warm, good facilities

Rats in the attic with openings in the ceilings - contacted the property to change rooms and they never even responded. Also very overpriced for what’s offered
