Super emplacement et interlocuteur très sympathique et réactif.

Taux d’humidité très élevé et manque du stricte nécessaire sympathique à retrouver dans un logement (papier toilette, sac poubelle, sel …).

Posizione centrale e comoda

Forte odore di umidità coperto da deodorante per ambiente/ letto molle e scomodo/ posacenere esterno sul tavolino pieno di sigarette spente e relativa puzza che non è mai stato pulito.

The apartment was in dire conditions. We were welcomed by cockroaches, which set the tone. The smell of mold was overbearing, and the bedroom and kitchen area clearly was impacted by damp. We couldn't stay that one night under these conditions and had to find another accommodation at last-minute. The owner should be ashamed of renting the apartment as it is a hazard.

Nothing. It was not a home, it was a storage attic under the stairs which they had tried to turn into a room. It is called a Bed & Breakfast, there was no breakfast and it was not a home!

The door was very unsafe, with plastic screens and a whole space below where anything could get in the room (attached photos). The room smelled of mold and humidity, the bed was wet because of the humidity of the storage. You could hear everything from above (dog & kids) because in the ceiling of the bedroom there was a big hole (attached photos) which connected to the surface and open air so anyone could see us in the room if they wanted to. In the bathroom they had tried to hide a storage space behind a screen where they had stuffed boxes, pillows, covers and other random things. There was even hair on the bed… It was disgusting and VERY unhealthy, they should be ashamed of offering an attic for people to sleep in. We left after two hours and had to find another place to stay at last minute. We even sent them a message via booking and they never answered. SCAM.
