Lodge was great

Stressfull cause we didnt have anyone to contact in case our booking had any issues with. No number to call or anyone to contact over the weekend to make us more relaxed with check in. Before we went sent numerous emails and it was never answered. Had to call to find out about how to pay for security deposit as on site it says 14days before and they only sent it 5 days before after we called a few times stressing about the lack of communication and no reply on emails. Everything went smoothly and we dont have any complaints except for communication.

It’s just so convenient and well located with lots to do on site. Restaurant was excellent. Staff most. Helpful.

Our carpet in the main bedroom was wet from a flood or mopping effort in the passage. They responded promptly with a vacuum machine which help but it remained damp. Tried to dry it with a fan overnight but still damp.

What an amazing place to spend a few days with family. Plenty of room for us all and just a beautiful location

The location and house is beautiful

Unit was clean and comfortable with good quality finishings, location was good.

The unit had 3 bats. They would come out at night and fly around the bedroom, which made sleeping abit difficult. We managed to get 1 of the bats out, but the other 2 not. It needs to be investigated as to how the bats are coming in to the unit.
