This is an absolutely stunning property. We absolutely loved it. It is a beautifully furnished authentic Italian house and do spacious. The upstairs terrace was such a great outdoor space for a group, We found parking relatively easy on the street.

Location was good

The stairs were impossible to carry heavy suitcases up and down - access to rooftop lounge area had very steep large steps with no handrails- this area was very unsafe. Doors and windows did not close properly - the shutters didn’t lock on the balcony doors. A very limited supply of kitchen utensils and there was no lounge area only a small dining table provided seating within the apartment. Overall a bad experience. We left and found other accommodation after one night. Tried to email the host via booking.com to advise we were dissatisfied and vacating the premises. We had no other contact details for the host so we left a note at the front door and have had no response. Keys and city tax to cover the 1 night we stayed on site were left on the dining table.

Location of the property was fantastic, minutes walk from the old town. The property was authentic, quirky, original and world definitely recommend. It had evening you would need for a stay of any length. Roof terrace a bonus!

Architecture of the building very unique. All rooms were very spacious.

Steps going up to the apt were steep. Very hard to maneuver at times with our luggage.

Very nice apartment - close to everything

This apartment is pure gem. It’s whole house with amazing terrace. We have spent 5 nights here in May. House is very spacious with 3 bedrooms. Apartment was very clean, very old Italian style, light and smelled lovely. There’s washer with cleaning products, iron…all necessary things you need for your stay. Front of the house has 2 small balcony, one tv in a living room. If I come to Monopoli again I would definitely stay again. We arrived early and owner kindly let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around. Same thing on our last day, he let us stay little bit longer as our flights were very late. That’s always amazing if people can work around you a bit. So thank you for much for it. This house is in centre Monopoli and 12 mins walk from train station. We took a bus to Alberobello (an hour) €6, train to Polignano (4 mins) €3.90. I really recoment this house, you cant go wrong.

maybe only thing I would pick is more glassware (wine glasses and table glasses).
