The room had what I needed for the stay and was in a pretty location! I had friends staying in a villa next door so the location was perfect. You need a car to stay!

There was a cat and a litter of kittens always around and there was no coffee or tea provided.

Mooie authentieke woning in een rustige afgelegen omgeving. Leuke kleine bakker, afhaal eten en restaurants op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Grote supermarkten, andere winkeltjes en restaurants op 20 minuten afstand in Monopoli. Complex bestaat uit 3 woningen die samen het zwembad delen. Het kleinste complex heeft het terras aan het zwembad waardoor je daar wat minder privacy hebt maar tijdens onze week was die woning grotendeels leeg. De andere twee woningen hebben allebei een eigen terras. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Toen wij er waren kwam de ‘klusjesman’ elke dag en ook de dames van de schoonmaak kwamen vrijwel dagelijks langs. De accommodatie zit op een terrein afgesloten met een hek met code waar je met de auto in kunt rijden, dus dat voelde wel lekker veilig toen we aan het eind van de week de enige bewoners waren.

The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and lots of greenery. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, with a well-maintained swimming pool.The car is a must.

Be careful! The property is managed by an agency, and the day after I booked and paid on Booking (non-refundable) I received an email from agency stating additional cost (a different price was requested than what I had paid on Booking, higher), in addition we were asked 25 euro for late check-in. I refused and after many emails, messages, phone we didn't have to pay anything extra except the late check-in fee. But it was disappointing and time consuming.

Great location, great management

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The Trullo is in a peaceful spot around 15 minutes drive from Monopoli and close to other tourist towns such as Alberobello, and around an hour from the amazing city of Matera, definitely worth the trip! The property has lovely views and a wonderful pool to relax by. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating and dining areas too. We had everything we needed and the aircon was a blessing when the temperature got into the 40’s! Enzo was a wonderful host with great recommendations and always on hand if needed!
