The house was in a good location. We all enjoyed staying there as it was

Place to park Bed in small double was comfy

There was no blind in one of the bedrooms so one of our family couldn't sleep in that room and instead had to sleep on couch. Stains on couch. Hairs on bedding. Incredible amount of dust in en suite. Cooker dirty and unhygienic. Holes in the ceiling in kitchen. Huge amount of refuse in the back garden that looked like it had been gathering for a while Plugs hanging off walls, plants growing out of guttering. We would not have been able to spend any time other than sleeping here due to the conditions. Unkempt student accommodation is what springs to mind

Everything!! Grass growing out of guttering, blinds broken, house dirty, stains all over the suite, toilet flooded, hole in the kitchen ceiling, cooker filthy, bath dirty, blood on the wall. Walked in looked around and walked out. Contacted customer service who contacted owner who was said we would get “compensation”…..never did! Now taking this further. If I could give it 0 I would. As for the other reviews I don’t believe them to be trusted positive reviews

It is a good property in a quiet location. Very close to motorway and not very far from Glasgow. Bedrooms excellent. Nice lounge and big TV. Could easily be an excellent property, but…

Whilst the property was pretty clean it needs a bit of investment. By way of example - The buttons on the cooker have partly melted, the garden is messy and could do with furniture and the showers are lacking in water pressure. For the price we paid the quality needs to be higher.

Lack of Cleanliness, lack of basic amenities like hand wash and other toiletries, leaking ceiling in kitchen at multiple spots, lack of communication from owner

There was a lot of space, it was very clean, good location , close to shops, good neighbours

There was nothing I disliked about the property I just recommended a few items to add into the property to make it easier for cleaning utensils
