Awesome location ,nice property, close by food , beach and coastal walks. Concierge very helpful and quick to respond. Everything you could need in the property.

A little cold on the evenings ,heating set very low and it is Oct. Main bedroom mattress too small for frame so whacked my leg a few times but nothing was awful at all.Will return !

Lots of stairs over 3 floors Handrail up to first floor not suitable for use No usable extractor to kitchen It was suitable for 4 adults but would have been a bit cramped for 2more adults Topper to top bedroom was prone to slipping - mattress too small for bed

More seating in the lounge area, only enough comfortable seating for 4 people Better showers. Kitchen too small for accommodating 6 people. Awkward layout with the lounge upstairs. Too many stairs for an older dog with arthritis. None of the duvet covers had working fasteners so duvet kept coming out.

Location superb. Unfortunately windows only cleaned on our last day, view until then mostly obliterated by salt spray.

House freezing cold on arrival, radiators had not been turned on, and the outside temperature was around zero.

Stunning views out to the sea, comfy beds, enough room for whole group to eat dinner and to sit and relax, great communication from hosts

Not enough loo roll and no nearby shops so had to ring hosts after checking in, no extra towels for sea swims which seems like lost opportunity. Only very little things!

Location excellent

Bad smell as you entered some rooms had little air fresheners which smelled terrible we put them in cupboards for the duration of our stay. Grubby old carpets….old towels The double bed on the first floor was almost impossible for two tall people to get into or sleep comfortably. The bed on the top floor was a squash to get into very narrow space next to the bed. Kitchen well equipped but too small for 6 people to eat and cook in. The balcony in the kitchen has a huge gap which was dangerous for a small child. Very uncomfortable sofas, it was suggested that they could be slept on, I don’t think so. Many areas needed cleaning or painting. We were without hot water for 24hours as someone had switched off the heater in the locked airing cupboard.

Wonderful location, right next to the sea. Close by to pub and coffee shop.

Bed was a little hard. Could do with a bit more comfort but perhaps just a personal preference
