Location

Tv was not working and no reply from host when rang phone off. Bed linen a joke very light in cold winter weather took ages to heat up they should have had heating on before arrival well in time, not the cleanest grubby and shower was poor.

The entry code was not sent ahead of time and being from out of the country we had to make a call to get the door code.
