Great location Nice space The property was very clean

The first night we stayed the heating had not been on in the house. It was freezing cold overnight. We awoke at 4am freezing We were unable to access the heating as there is a physical lock on the area where u adjust the heat We were up at 5am trying to keep warm by lightning a fire We did get assistance later in the day. But controls remained locked. The bedding the pillows and the duvet and mattress cover were covered in stains and not fit for use. They should have been thrown out. I had to change the bed on arrival as make up and blood spot on duvet. That when I discovered the condition of the bedding . There were some fresh clean linen in closet. The stains were from years of use and body fluids. Not fake tan as claimed by Christin the next morning she said there was nothing she could do about it as the owner would not replace the soiled linen or pillows or duvet Lost power due to storm. Out of owners control but we had no light or heat or way to contact owner . No contact from owner rBooking . Com was helpful. Had to book into alternate accommodation

Correspondence between the host/manager was first class. As requested a travel cot and high chair were provided. Property is in an excellent location. Would definitely stay in the property in the future.

Everything was perfectly acceptable. My only request would be if new oven gloves were provided as the ones in the property had almost no heat resistance. Not a complaint merely a suggestion for future guests .

Lovely clean & comfortable house. Great location in Westport town. Had everything one could ask for.

Nothing, just wish we could have stayed in Westport longer 😁
