Philia Apartment

Apartment was perfect and absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Matched by superior communication and the highest level of hospitality from Kostas and his wife. So close to airport as we had a car and surrounded with tavernas and shops as well as waterfront. Front and back patios very relaxing. Thank you for the lovely treats left out for us. We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything. The apartment was clean with high standard and we give the host (Kostas) 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The host contacted us weeks before our visit to let us know that he had received our booking and if we had any questions. He was super service minded from the day we booked our stay to the very last minute. And he was quick to answer any questions or other concerns. Every night Kostas and his wife lighted candles in the garden which was very cozy and appreciated by us. Kostas helped with arrangements of transportation from and to the airport. And he drove us to the metro station one day when we wanted to explore Athens. Everything was super and a lot of it was because of the host being super friendly and helpful with everything. The apartment is close to the beach, coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and a supermarket etc. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet area, just on the outskirts of the most busy parts. We really enjoyed that and still have everything close by, just a walk away. You do hear the airplanes taking off, but we didn’t think about much. You barely notice when inside. The bedroom is were quiet, dark and equipped with an AC. We will definitely rent this apartment again when visiting Athens. We can really recommend staying here.

This is a new, immaculate clean ground floor apartment , beautifully decorated w excellent facilities for a couple. Everything you need to destress after plane flight, close to Athens airport & sandy local beaches for swimming, within walking distance. We loved sitting on the verandas, enjoying the peace & Elleni's home made Greek biscuits. Kostas was super helpful in the booking & offered to pick us up / return to airport as local cabs is too short a ride for equivalent price. Local supermarket close within walking distance.

the apartment was so beautiful and well decorated. we had a very good sleep,because the wonderful bed. Kostas was ver friendly and everything did go very smoothly we really recommend this place,near beaches and restaurants
