Short walk to the beach but along the road

Beautiful comfortable apartment with great outdoor areas, great bathroom, washing machine and a generous welcome basket with coffee for coffee maker provided and home cooked biscuits. Comfy bed. Quiet and secure with off street parking.

Nothing. Need a car if you want more supplies but restaurant and small beach about 5 -7 minute walk

It’s homie away from home. It’s clean, so relaxing in the backyard and veranda, cool a/c, complete amenities, and brand new. Kostas makes it so special with wine, chocolate, and his wife’s delicious homemade cookies. 15 minutes to the airport. 5 minute (or less) walk to Artemis Beach.

Well-put-together apartment with everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommended.

Property was superb like a home from home

It is a lovely house 100 meters from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. + I really can't remember having a better host, we've messaged Kostas several times with questions and he was always ready to help. + The place is new, cozy, and clean, you have two terraces on the east and west sides of the building; perfect to expose to the sun or avoid it completely depending on your preference. + Very nice and convenient kitchen and a nice welcoming package (a bottle of wine, water, even homemade sweets) + The area is calm, but you have everything close to you: 350m away there is a big supermarket, working every day except Sunday; 250m in the opposite direction there are several small shops selling ice, wine, tobacco, sweets, etc.; nearby you have also a pharmacy, a great kebab/gyro shop (yum!), a pizza restaurant, pastry shop, etc; 750 m on the main road by feet you can find two great fish shops, and two excellent tavernas on the seaside; more than we could wish for!

Kostas was a true gentleman, I recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area. Attention to detail was incredible.
