Beautiful location and beautiful cottage

No pepper in the pepper grinder ;)

Pefect spot in the nice peaceful countryside. There was plenty of space for my partner and myself; lovely clean and tidy cottage, spacious gorgeous garden. I thoroughly enjoyed my mini stay here, and I would definitely recommend! 👌

Location and walks from the property. Comfy bed, excellent WiFi and large TV. Property had all that we needed. This is a spacious and comfy property and only let down by the creaking floorboards from above. See additional comments below.

Above the lounge there is a room of the attached property, The Dairy. Unfortunately it has very creaky floor boards and does become a wee bit wearing after several hours of the noise! Fortunately it doesn't affect the other rooms as they are part of the extension. However, I do feel that this issue should be addressed as you are able to hear conversations also, and, I assume they can hear the TV etc from the Dairy Cottage. Not ideal to have crockery/glasses etc stored on an open shelf as the cottage is prone from regular visits by creepy crawlies!!

The location is very peaceful. Literally "off the beaten track". Close to the Snape Maltings Concert Hall.

The track to the property was very broken with water filled potholes, which might challenge some low slung vehicles. Bring your own shampoo as none was provided.

Bath mixer tap does not work Heating system a bit obscure key box low down and hard to see nubers with varifocal glasses!

Location great, comfortable bed, good shower. Kitchen appliances good.

One uncomfortable sofa, basic kitchen table and chairs (not good for long or leisurely meals). TV dreadful-too small for the room, very basic. Minimal kitchen utensils. Lots of noise from overhead in sitting room from neighbouring property.

Location is so lovely if you like to be out of the way. Log burner, fully equipped kitchen. Nice comfy bed. Under floor heating in bathroom. Very quirky lovely vaulted ceiling. Ornate day bed in lounge.

No outdoor seating. Weather was lovely would have been nice to sit out. It would have been handy to have had some complimentary shower/bath gel or at least to know this wasn’t provided. Chairs in kitchen and lounge bit wobbly. Need to make sure you take with you what you need, track is long and bumpy.
