Villa Naya by the Beach

Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny gospodarz, który chętnie podpowiedział, co warto odwiedzić, gdzie dobrze zjeść oraz gdzie zrobić zakupy. Przez cały pobyt był również dostępny przez WhatsApp, co było dużym ułatwieniem. Mieszkanie ma bardzo dobrą aurę i od razu można poczuć się w nim swobodnie. Na parterze znajduje się duży, przestronny salon z jadalnią i kuchnią, a na piętrze dwie osobne sypialnie z balkonami oraz mała antresola z dodatkowym łóżkiem. Dużym atutem jest ogród z leżakami, stołem, krzesłami i miejscami do siedzenia. Stanowi on naturalne przedłużenie salonu i idealnie sprawdza się do odpoczynku. To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wrócimy.

Trudno wskazać coś, co realnie nam się nie podobało. Jedynym drobnym minusem może być rozmiar kuchni, ale mimo to znajduje się w niej wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu: piekarnik, zmywarka, pralka, sztućce, talerze, garnki oraz przyprawy. Dla niektórych minusem może być również to, że widok na morze jest dostępny głównie z górnego piętra. Z drugiej strony ma to swój duży plus - podczas odpoczynku i opalania się w ogrodzie można cieszyć się prywatnością, a dodatkowo ogród jest dobrze osłonięty od chłodniejszego wiatru znad morza.

La maison étais superbe tout équipé la clim est présente dans chaque pièce essentielle il yavais tout pour pouvoir passer un bon séjour vraiment , le barbecue dans le jardin , les jeux de fléchettes la terrasse couverte etc permet de passer des soirée vraiment agréable , sans parler de la gentillesse de Stam qui est au petit soin avec ses clients , bouteilles de vins et bière ainsi que deux belles coupes de fruits étaient présente à notre arrivé tardive stam nous a conseiller des restaurant mais aussi des endroit où aller durant tout notre séjour il a toujours ete prévenant savoir si on ne manquais de rien et à tout fait pour que nos vacances se passent le plus agréablement possible , même le dernier jours il a réussi a nous surprendre avec un petit cadeau merci Stam je n'ai jamais eu un hôte aussi attentionné et aimable je recommande a 10000%

We had a very helpful and friendly host. The house is perfectly located close to a nice beach and beach bar. We used it as starting point to travel through Attica and had great fun. Equipment is plentiful - surprisingly, everyday we found something new that was helpful to us :-).

No complaints at all about the house. That said, we went early April where we were a bit surprised that it can still be a little rainy and chilly in Attica. You can expect cosy evenings at the fireplace rather than sitting outside for drinks. The house is well equipped for that but it was an even much nicer place later when it was warm and sunny as the best place is the terrace outside with beautiful view of sunsets!!!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Stamos was a great host – kind, friendly, and always ready to help. He gave us fantastic tips for local places, and everything was perfectly prepared. We truly felt at home.

I recently stayed at this seaside villa and was thoroughly impressed! The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the sea, so you can easily enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need, from kitchen appliances to entertainment options. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. It’s also a great spot for families, with plenty of amenities for children, including games and activities that kept them entertained. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful house, amazing garden, best host. STAMOS is very helpful, always ready with the best advise. We spent 2 months in a lovely house, everything working perfectly.

Spacious, comfortable house and peaceful location.

Only enough hot water for half a bath with solar heating, had to use electric back up water heater but only took ten minutes.

Very close to the beach, very clean, all good.
