Wellington Cottage 2BR Modern Boho

Property was conveniently located minutes away from all the activities we wanted to enjoy. The house was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Low water pressure in the shower

The boho style was great and well as the coffee maker and good coffee on hand.

Refrigerator was making some odd noises.

The cottage was clean and felt like a home. Absolutely loved the map of USA and had pins available to pin where visitors are from. It’s was interesting to see where people are coming from to Asheville.

Only thing I would say was that the fridge was loud. We could hear it “buzzing”/making noise during the whole stay. Louder than a fridge usually sounds.

Modern and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for preparing meals and plenty of room for seating.

Beds were very different. One was very mushy and one very firm. We got poor sleep the first two nights until we swapped beds.

The only complaint was the limited towels for the 3 of us. We did a lot of hiking and outdoor activities! Other than that it was great!

The cottage is extremely well-equipped, and we were delightfully surprised by the quality and variety of teas, coffee, and oatmeal provided in the kitchen. The entire space is very thoughtfully designed, and we sincerely enjoyed our time there. The location also provided the perfect jumping-off point for us to explore hiking trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as all that downtown Asheville has to offer; it was only ~10 minutes' drive away.

We really didn't have any negatives about this property, but one thing we wished the cottage had was some outdoor patio furniture. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather during our stay and would have enjoyed a place at the cottage to enjoy being outside as much as possible. If you're driving in, maybe bring a couple of your own lawn chairs if you, too, want to spend more time outside.
