Ashbourne Holiday Homes

Great location for Alton Towers, close to supermarket. Comfortable.

Minor points. WiFi kept dropping signal, no freezer box in fridge, couldn't get hot water through shower.

The holiday home was right next to Sainsbury's which was helpful and it was clean when we reached. This place was central to most of the hikes in Ashbourne.

The wifi was not good but the owner fixed that for us quickly. We expected some toiletries such as shower gel which weren't available. There are not enough eateries around so be prepared.

Location excellent. Very close to the centre of Ashbourne, but still very quiet. Good parking.

Great location for touring the peaks and walking or cycling. Ashbourne has everything you need and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The proximity of Sainsbury's meant that there was no pressure to remember everything. Helpful and friendly hosts were available if we needed them.

A top sheet or lighter duvet would be good in the summer.

Ashbourne is a lovely town with many walk-to opportunities for breakfast, lunch and dinner, shops/take-away or restaurant/pub plus beer, wine and even a cocktail bar. Its a super thriving place and the accommodation is conveniently situated. With safe parking it made a great base to go and explore the Peaks.

Set in beautiful location , shop on doorstep. Clean and has everything you need. We stayed here and travelled to Alton towers for 2 days - ideal. Ashbourne is a lovely place to stay.
