"Nature and nurtured"

A thoughtfully and tastefully equipped modern studio in a beautiful setting. Quality fixtures and fittings along with an extremely comfortable bed made our stay smooth and really enjoyable. Merryll let us know she was on hand if we needed anything but we had everything we needed and more. This left us hassle free to enjoy the local area's sights and delights at only a stone's throw from Stones Throw. We watched Sheep TV through the window over breakfast and dinner and delighted in the lambs' antics during some gorgeous weather. "Great location, great views and friendly people."

Great location for exploring both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The property is well designed and very well presented and equipped for a comfortable stay. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and flexible, willing to accommodate our particular needs. This included use of their garage to park our motorcycles overnight.

The standard of the room and views. Comfortable firm bed. Even though it was like a studio apartment there was plenty of room. Everything was well thought out.

Nothing really. Possibly small bedside tables to place a phone and book.could be considered.

Spotlessly clean, with comfy bed and pillows. Lots of unexpected extras like tea/coffee, fresh milk and butter in fridge, plus fruit tea-cakes & Kendal mint cake ! Exceptional :-)

"Perfect for two and 20 mins from Sedbergh school"

We booked Merryl’s place to go to the Sedbergh Super 10’s rugby. Only 20 minute drive across beautiful countryside to Sedbergh. Really ultra clean little place with just the most perfect view we have had in an Air B&B type place. Highly recommended.
