Villa Luigi a Poggio dei Pini, alloggio con giardino e posto auto

It’s beautiful modern villa with a opportunity of usage host’s pool. Villa also has nice therese where you can smell fresh herbs and park your cars. Interior was clean and pleasing with everything necessary for living. Hosts were reaĺly forward with everything and hospitable. We received homemade pie and fresh figs.

Hosts were really nice. Property was clean and well equipped. Neighbourhood is calm and safe for the children.

Nothing much to complain about - maybe an extra bathroom would have come handy considering we were a group of 6. But we always had hot water - so it was not an issue at the end of the day. The rooms have no ACs - but this is not a problem - since residence was cool at night - and we hardly even used fans.

We really liked this the property as it was very clean ,spacious ,and modern. The best thing about the property are the owners who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is extremely pleasant. We all felt at home as we were made to feel that way. Our host also went out of her way and baked our children cake and prepared some fresh food for our bbq. We would deffinitely recommend this property.

Clean, hosts were very helpful, location was great to visit the south coast of Sardegna and the property was very well equipped and spacious.

There's nothing bad to say about the Villa. It is clean, secure, comfortable, has everything to cook and is in a great location. But above all, Luigi and Rita made the stay even better. We felt like family after only a few days.

Hosts were amazing really went above and beyond. Cannot praise them enough. Facilities provided were very clean and in excellent condition.

Very hospitable owner. The apartment is located in a beautiful villa with a well-kept garden and is very spacious. We liked the dining area and the outdoor living area the most. Both are on the terrace on the ground floor, which is in pleasant shade most of the day. The kitchen has all the utensils, coffee machine, spices, coffee, ice packs, plastic containers for the beach, beer :-) and water to start... and other little things that make the stay pleasant. In the immediate vicinity there is also a restaurant with a variety of food at normal prices.
