The advertising for this property is misleading. It says unit with pool, but the pool is for another unit (a 3-bedroom unit). The pictures are also misleading, as the images for the studio and 3-bedroom units are mixed to create a false impression of what you are renting. After clearing with the owner that we were travelling with 2 doggies, we were told to keep the doggies in the unit as they scare the owner's cats. The advert on Bookings.com states 2 single beds with a sleeper couch. No sleep couch was found. Also, only 1 pillow (old and sagging) per single bed made it a very uncomfortable sleep. The internet was atrocious as it cut out 8 to 10 times during a Netflix movie and sometimes took 10 to 15 minutes to get back online. Highly frustrating. Since we left on the last day I was bombarded by nasty messages from the owner saying that we left without saying goodbye to the caretaker, left the place in a mess and my dogs damaged her couch. This is untrue as we left at 08:30 the morning and the caretaker was nowhere to be seen. The place was left in a fair condition and would require a good cleaning, as is normal after a 4-day stay. It would have been nice if the owner provided cleaning tablets for the dishwasher. We also had to buy our own dishwashing liquid since the owner provided just enough for one wash. But the real problem is that the owner rented the space as dog friendly whilst it is nowhere near that. To keep two frustrated doggies indoor in an upstairs studio is not doggie-friendly at all.
