Los platos y los cubiertos no estaban muy limpios a nuestra llegada. La decoración de la casa es bastante fea y cargante, sobran muchos objetos. Se echa en falta otra cama doble

Los mosquitos

Locatie dichtbij mooie stranden.

Het huis is in slechte staat. Voordeur slecht met de sleutel te openen om te beginnen. Gordijnen voor 1 slaapkamer lappen stof en een dubbel gevouwen gordijn over de roede. Er staat 4 slaapkamers maar de slaapkamer op de tweede etage was meer een hok. Gordijnen in de keuken ook niet passend. Het tweepersoonsbed was in zo'n slechte staat dat de poten van het hoofdeind gefixeerd waren met metalen buisjes en ander bevestigingsmaterialen. Als je je omdraaide ging het hele bed heen en weer. Tegelmuur in de keuken in zijn geheel vet en vlekkerig hierdoor. Geen waterkoker. Koelkast staat los. Bij openen ging de koelkast mee. Deur draaide bovendien de verkeerde kant op wat niet handig was. Kastjes en laden vies. Oven niet in goede staat. Werd niet warm en geen rooster om iets te bakken. Badkamer gordijn paste ook niet. Er zijn geen 3 maar 2 badkamers. Bij de badkuip dikke lagen kit slordig geplaatst. In de badkuip rondom het afvoerputje wit bijgeverfd(gewone verf) Horen voor de ramen stuk. Dicht geplakt met tape. Buiten barbecue te vies om te gebruiken. Dikke opgedroogde vetlaag erop. Rondom de bbq op kunstgras veel brand vlekken. Ligstoelen buiten doorgezakt. Bij eén er was de rugleuning kapot. Veel vliegen en andere insecten. Buiten zitten ook hierdoor niet fijn. Televisie alleen zenders Spaanse zenders Terras boven vies en potten stuk. Wasmachine staat op het dakterras. Was moeilijk aan te krijgen. Terras deur kon niet gewoon dicht. Moest perse met de sleutel Lelijke verlichting in het huis. Geen gezelligheid. Veel lawaai door bedrijf achter de woning en de aanwezige brandweerkazerne. Slecht uitzicht op de bedrijven en snelweg. Te weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad en geen parasols. Af en toe was het zwembad vies. Bij het gebruik maken van het zwembad moest je een pasje gebruiken. Als je alleen het zwembad wou verlaten kwam je er niet uit. Je moest een knop indrukken om de deur te openen. Deze knop was echter te ver weg van de kruk van de deur, dus dat lukte niet.

In a nice location

We were extremely disappointed by the experience of renting this villa for an important celebratory family holiday. Walking around the villa when we arrived, we quite quickly knew it was not what had been advertised. Only one bedroom was suitable for adults and the other bedrooms were suitable for children. There is an additional room at the top of the house which feels like a cupboard with a bed in. The cot provided was extremely dirty. The general feel of the place is tired and unclean. The outdoor space was dirty with an uneven floor. Also, the dishwasher was not working so we had a wet floor for a day. Having booked this place for one month we knew quite quickly that we were not going to be able to stay here and had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. Francisco did come to the villa when the dishwasher was being fixed and we expressed a need to talk to him. He wouldn’t engage and left without our knowledge. We then contacted him and co owner on message and they replied “What a pity” in response to our discomfort. They are not responding to Booking.com who are trying to follow up with our complaint.

The property was spacious and the pool was lovely and fairly unused by the other residents till the evenings meaning we had it to ourselves during the day mostly. It’s around. 10 min drive from the main town centre which is lovely for day or night trips with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops as well as beaches and the harbour. You can also drive to la Olivia beach near the sand dunes in around 15 minutes, highly recommend this beach. We also loved the water park with is 5 mins away.

The property was lovely but there are a few things that could be improved, the oven symbols had all work off meaning it was difficult to navigate the settings correctly. Some of the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses could likely do with replacing. The hairdryer would only work at a certain angle. Mosquitos ate us all alive despite us wearing wrist bands and repellents and closing the doors and windows before dark. We found next door to be noises and constantly taking or blocking our parking space which made life a little difficult with on of us with mobility issues and lots of children.
