This is a beautiful property and I enjoyed my stay very much. For any problem the owner responded competently in minimum time. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As is true for all places I have been to, in Sicily, rooms are planned for warm weather. If it is cold, there is little you can do about it. Plenty of sheets and covers, though, nevertheless for cold sensitive people June or later may be the optimal time of the year…

Spacious, clean, everything we needed and in a lovely location ! Near the climbing, nice hiking, good cafes and the sea !

Lovely modern place, loads of space. Close to the sea and the mountain. Awesome!

It was unforgettable! Everything, from the very beginning to the last day, every little thing or major issue, every time we turned to the owner with a request or even for help, our issue was resolved without delay! Early check-in please - instead of 16:00 at 13:00. The request to bring a vacuum cleaner - please, was immediately complied with. Various payment options - please - if you want cash, if you want by card. Health problem - the owner immediately got advice on where to seek help, and an offer to help with an emergency call (thank God, no help was needed!). Question about receiving a parcel to the owner's address - please - the parcel was delivered personally on the same day! Not to mention advice on where to eat, where to buy groceries or necessary things!

Everything was very very good! Nicola is very friendly and responsive owner! He was ready for any help and he has answer on every our question! He gave advices about "must visit" places)) We visited Erichi, Favignana island and beah San-Vito-Lo-Capo (in my heart forever) Also his recomendations about restaurants were perfect! Houses (we booked 2) are very large and comfortable! Everything you need, for fine living, you will find there! Place Custanoci, is the best location in Sicily! You can reach Trapani, San Vito, Kastellamare del Golfo with car in 30 min. Village, where houses located, is very clean and quite, if you prefere quite holidays, without night life! I recomend Nicola`s houses to everyone! And for sure, if we will go to Sicily once again - we will stay here! Thanks a lot!

According to previous reviews, the accommodation was great. Large spaces, well-equipped rooms, well-kept garden. Stunning view of Monte Cofano. The house is located in a quiet street, a few minutes' walk from the beach and small cozy restaurants. Nicola was very helpful whether it was a little sugar or a late check-out with the kids. :) Typical Sicilian places can be easily reached by car. (Trapani, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro National Park) Thank you for everything!

Everything about the house was great-- the location was peaceful, the beach was so so close, so were the other cities we wanted to visit, everything was clean and spacious, and Nicola was incredibly helpful with everything we needed.

Host is very nice and helpful, he solved any of our problems very fast. Apartm is very nice, has everything you keep, beautiful garden, close to the see and nice view. 100% would recommend and come again!
