Beautiful apartment with stunning views. There are 3 flights of stairs so worth knowing if you have mobility issues, but the view was worth it. The apartment had everything you needed. Very local to so many restaurants and pubs the most ideal spot to be honest. Even close to the ferry that goes to Kingswear. Parking was an absolute bonus. In my opinion the beds were a little hard, but that was my only issue.

Location was perfect - right in the town on the waterfront and it was brilliant to have a private parking space. Lovely to have a bit of outdoor space too, with the balcony. Would recommend for a family of four or two couples. Very clean and freshly decorated- lovely apartment. Thank you

The only property I have rented where no coffee or tea is supplied so suggestion would be to have some basic supplies for guests.

The first thing that struck us as we entered the top floor flat was the spotless cleanliness of the place. Next our eyes went straight to the fantastic view through the picture window over the river below. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Given that it was above a restaurant on the ground floor, and the traffic queue for the ferry, it was surprisingly quiet. It was also wonderful to have a private car parking space just outside the apartment.

The four flights of stairs were no problem for some of us, but one of our party (elderly gentleman) found them quite a challenge. The car parking space is also a very tight squeeze, close to a bend in the road, and sometimes a queue of traffic outside. So it is a test of nerves, and reminder for every driver to keep calm, whilst reversing into (and driving out of) a very small space.

The location was fantastic...Great views from the lounge & the balcony & the main bedroom. Plus very central in Dartmouth. Apartment was very well equipped & comfortable, very clean & spacious. Having parking on the ground floor was a bonus. We so enjoyed staying here & will definitely be back.

Only issue I can think of is that we couldn't open the key box on arrival. I rang the mobile number on the details & the lady came straight away which was great.
