Kessel House - Outstanding family home, close to town centre

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very well equipped property with everything you need. Parking space is a bonus in Dartmouth and was only a short walk into town.

It was advertised with tumble dryer but there wasn’t one otherwise it was the perfect property

Parking space too tight for our vehicle so we chose to park at nearby family house instead, however this would have been annoying if we didn’t have another option. Perhaps the bins could be stored elsewhere to give more room for a vehicle?

Good size property that was spacious and well equipped.

Parking was difficult and sofas not very comfortable.

Spacious rooms , for a large group , the beds an bedding were of lovely quality.

Parking is extremely tight and difficult, split house with confusing layout, sadly neither showers were very effective, steep staircases, not great for the infirm or for carrying items up an down , especially when some of the balustrades feel loose whilst holding onto .so as lovely as the decor maybe the house does have some snags to consider .

Beautiful house with lots of space to spread out, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms with decent showers so perfect for travelling with teens! Location perfect for walking into the centre of Dartmouth, which has plenty of shops and restaurants and is a great base for exploring South Devon.

Parking space at the back of the house a bit tricky to negotiate with a big car. Lower ground floor had a persistent smell of damp (but it was quite a rainy week!).

House & location lovely very clean and homely, handy bus route just outside front door too,, parking space very difficult to use but we mastered it by end of stay,,,

Beautiful house - tastefully decorated, lovely outdoor space (rare in Dartmouth) and easy walking distance to town. Perfect for our needs.
