10 Clarence Hill - Elegant Town House with outside space

Everything. Location, style, facilities, layout, size, where do I stop. We loved it. 5 adults and one infant. Please don’t take the comments below the wrong way, they are intended to be constructive.

Tried calling the agent quite a few times on our way to discuss check in time but no answer, thought that was odd. It wasn’t a massive issue for us but as we had our 9 month old grandson with us and the knowledge of knowing we couldn’t park outside, we were keen to get our luggage into the property before parking up for the weekend. The key lock was a bit sticky but I sorted that with a bit of washing up liquid, provided in the property.

Location, facilities, parking permit.

Cleaning not good. Home needs some TLC, looking very tired and worn since last visited.

Lovely property and well stocked with teas and coffees.

The Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work but there was a good 4G signal.

It was very clean and comfortable in a quiet part of Dartmouth

Good location for town centre although up a steep hill.

Mattresses were uncomfortable. Frayed carpet in lounge and paint flaking in lounge area

Everything! New sofas a huge improvement.

Ground floor outside space could be made pretty, poor view from dining table. Some artificial grass here would help dogs!

House is in a great location and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
