Excellent location for beach and City. Spacious property with a large garden. Every amenity you could wish and was spotlessly clean

"Very enjoyable short stay."

The house is well decorated, well furnished and very well equipped. It is exceptionally clean. The owners left us lots of extras like drinks, tea, coffee etc. They answered queries almost immediately. Parking was on the quiet road directly outside the house. The house is about a 20 minute walk from Portobello Beach. Aldi is a 15 minute walk, and the pub Foresters Guild about the same. We had a good dinner there. Uber to central Edinburgh was around £18. The garden was a nice place to sit in the sunshine.

The location, quality of furnishings, outdoor space

The double bedrooms could have had king size beds, there was easily enough room to accommodate them. Found the cameras front and back a little intrusive, got the feeling you were being watched, especially in the rear garden

"A gem."

House is beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a great location. Heated bathroom floors and towel racks are awesome.

There are too many air freshners in the house. Bed in master bedroom was a little small for two adults.
