We loved this home! Everything was perfect, as pictured. Appliances, electronics, A/C and wifi worked to everyone's delight. The furniture was comfortable, finishes were high quality. We had plenty of supplies, the pool and house were clean, the house was located very close to the waterpark. We would love to come back here! Everyone enjoyed the stay. Many thanks for the balloon bouquet and roses that welcomed me as we arrived on my birthday. That was so beautiful!

There wasn't a single complaint about this house from anyone in our party of 9.

Pool in the back yard and big and spacious and it was quiet

Didn’t like that one security guard when we first got there. We told them the code didn’t work and I have another car that’s behind us that with us. He said I don’t care they need something saying that they can come in too. Then he started talking down to us & then accusing my sister who 17 that I told her to ram through the gate when I was getting out my car to go to hers make sure she was showing him our confirmation. Then once we get to our house none of the codes worked for any of the doors. So we had to call to get that fixed & I have three daughters who needed to use restrooms & couldn’t do that for 30 mins. The bottom bath room was already stopped up & there was no plunger we had to buy that. The internet in the house was terrible & didn’t work at all in the rooms for our daughters to watch tv at night time or on the phones either. So we had to go outside our house most of the time to text or call cause service sucked & WiFi wasn’t strong enough. Also to on our last night they deactivated our cards to get back into the gate which I think is crazy because what if we had a late date night & couldn’t get back in. But our biggest complaint was the check in process was terrible & check out the night before was terrible.
