Loved the house and pool

Need to do something about the sugar ants everywhere.

I like the fact that I could get into the property with the code sent to me, and the property was clean and pretty quiet for the most part. We really enjoyed our stay and we will stay at this property again.

I didn't like the fact the gate entrance was a challenge trying to get in and out of it. We had to try multiple ways to get onto the property because the gate wasn't working have the time. We also had some chairs to fall apart, thank GOD no one got hurt while sitting in them.

The house was just as pictured. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome.

House was huge, the location was good, and amenities were nice.

Tiny sugar ants. Needed more bathrooms.

I like how close the house was to the stores and attractions. I also liked was spacious the house was.

There are a few things I didn't like... (1) I paid for late check out until 2pm. We had everything in the car to head to the airport. My daughter said she left her toy in the house. It was 1:45pm, I went to go back into the house and they probally was watching though the door bell camera, because they already locked me out and changed the code so I couldn't get back in to get her toy and she was so sad and crying. I tried to call them but they didn't answer. I still had 15 minutes of paid time and should of been able to get back in. (2) I paid to have the pool heated and it was not very warm at all. I feel like this option was a waste of money. (3) The jacuzzi was not hot at all. It was the same temperature as the pool. I have a jacuzzi at home so I am well aware what the texture should feel like. (4) The pool and jacuzzi water smelled weird. Again I have a jacuzzi at home and the water doesn't smell strange. (5) The beds were really hard. Everyone complained about it and they said it was like sleeping on the hard floor. (6) At night the outside patio/pool area was very dark even with the lights on.

The property was beautiful, clean, and neat.
