We saw several traces of bed bugs, clearly unfinished cleaning, and left immediately. Although contacting both the property and booking.com immediately, still a week later we have not had a proper exchange with neither of them, an apology, nor received our money back... I have travelled a lot and never had such an issue with Booking.com before. Moreover, we were not informed in advance to provide our travel documents, we were approached to do this in a non-secure way in whatsapp the same day when already travelling without internet access and the correct documents at hand, which was highly stressful. Finally, the location was remote. In sum, dont let the nice pictures and look of the apartment fool you, better choose something else!!

Kitchen furniture

I think the furniture needs refreshing.

The studio is on a local road and it is noisy all the time because of the passing vehicles.

enormous noise from the street (street was connecting highway with the city, traffic all day and very noisy over night - not possible for me to sleep :(). After two sleepless nights we move out to other place . Apartment very dark, not nice smell, not possible to open the window due to close street (1 meter from apartment).

Very nice apartment. Convenient for visiting Le Cinque Terre. Check out at 10 am. We would have appreciated a bit later as over 70s we're not very energetic in the morning.

Good location, close to train station, grocery shop.

All good for that value of money
