"Very enjoyable Christmas break"

10.0

Excellent communication throughout. Very smart cottage with everything you could need. Much quieter than you might expect as the cottage is located on the main A40.

Dishwasher is a little noisy - that is really the only negative thing I can say.

"Lovely property"

9.0

Great little property that works as a fantastic base to explore Abergavenny and the surrounding towns. A short drive into the centre where there's a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some great local walks around there too. I'd recommend driving off to do the "four waterfalls walk" as that was spectacular. There is a nice little garden with a table and chairs to sit out which was a great touch.

Within walking distance there isn't a huge amount as the property is on the main road which you can't walk down. There is a great pub/restaurant next door, however this gets pretty busy so you'll need to book. If you're looking for variety for places to eat and drink you'll need to drive, but it's close enough that this isn't really much of a pain!
