"Our stay was comfortable"

The house is in a quiet location, very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It was a good location for meeting up with relatives who all live around Maidstone. The shower is really good and so is the wifi.

I thought Booking.com had provided a key box code but they hadn’t. I had to contact the owners to get the code which meant we waited outside the house for a while. The cooker hob ignition keeps sparking once it is turned on. I put pizza in the oven so did not need to have it continuously sparking for more than 25 minutes but it was a relief to turn it off again at the mains

"Very nice house, good for long or short stay"

The house was clean, nicely decorated with everything you need, and spacious. Location was quiet, near Morrisons. Nice neighbours. Good parking. Nice small garden.

House doesn't seem to be finished 100%. Some small details should be done to make it absolutely 100% perfect. It is not near center of Maidstone, however for us that was no problem. We did not get the arrival mail in time so had to call for last details. This was not a big problem, just one of these small details. We stayed when there was a heatwave. The bedding was a little too warm for us and a fan would have been nice. However, I would recommend this place to everybody.
