Amazing beautiful place clean great location.

Location and garden

-The beds were really really uncomfortable, I barely slept! I had 2 allergy/ashma attacks which means it’s also dusty, which upon checking I found the wardrobes and side tables VERY dusty, top of fridge, where books are, a few places, which I have photos of. -I can hear next door talking, music, shouting, everything, even the TV, very loud, especially in the lounge, very thin walls, it doesn’t give me a sense of privacy, because if I can hear them, they can hear me, I couldn’t enjoy my time as much as I liked because of it. - if you can’t sleep with traffic and noise outside, don’t book this house, it’s terrible for noise. The traffic is bad, you can hear it everywhere in the house and then you can hear next door as well, paper thin walls. A MAJOR issue I had, was the cooker!! It was absolutely disgustingly FILTHY, when I complained about this, after buying food to cook (which was waisted), the women got very defensive and advised me she cleaned it herself, which was an absolute joke, as it looks like it’s never been cleaned! After I sent photos and videos, an apology was given and I was told “mistakes happen” and came to NO resolution apart from offering to send someone to clean it?! This is our holiday it should have been done before, not while we are here. I can understand low toilet roll, missing towels but not cleaning a cooker? VERY DIRTY! And the fact it looks like it’s not been cleaned in a very very long time, confirms to me it wasn’t just the one time mistake, it’s clearly a regular thing. Also coming here to clean is interfering with our time and privacy that we’ve paid for. We don’t want a stranger here with us for 2 hours cleaning a cooker - if not longer because of how dirty it is! Both me and my daughter are autistic and it would make us both feel extremely uncomfortable!!! If we all had the “mistakes happen” attitude at work, there would be no 4*- 5* places and allot of places wouldn’t do well would they.

Location ,cleanliness,nothing not to like key safe to enter property made it easy lots of cooking utensils massive beds decorated to a high standard.

We all liked everything about the property.

Firstly, I loved how excellent the host was throughout our stay, from her communication to ensuring we had everything we needed. I also loved how close it was the Tesco and the location. I also loved how clean and modern the facilities were and how fully equipped the kitchen was with even air fryer amenities. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good pressure. Overall a pleasant experience and I will be booking again in future.

For a group of 5 only one bathroom provided challenges

Very clean, spacious property. Plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen. Nice garden.

A few downsides…1. Traffic lights on a main road are right outside the bedrooms, lots of cars screeching away from the lights, very noisy. 2. The 2nd bedroom is too small for the 2 x single beds together (which are different heights, so made for an uncomfortable sleep), barely room to get in/out of bed. 3. The bathroom is far too dark, could do with a mirror light as extremely difficult to use the mirror for makeup etc due to the poor lighting. 4. No mirrors in the bedrooms, making it difficult to dry hair/do makeup etc. ended up buying a small Mirror and leaving it at the property. Poor ventilation meaning windows were heavy with condensation (noise of traffic on main road meant we had to keep windows closed)

Shower leaks through the seal on to bathroom floor. Some seconds before hot water out of kitchen and shower room taps.

Very clean and host thought about everything you will need for a comfortable stay! 10/10 ⭐️
