Riad Lyna

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità. Abbiamo prenotato la navetta aeroportuale solo il giorno prima per una nostra dimenticanza e non ci sono stati problemi. Anzi oltre a monitorare il nostro volo, l'autista ci ha poi aspettato che facessimo le nuove schede SIM. In 5 ci hanno lasciato tutto il Riad. Si entra e al piano terra si trova una spaziosa cucina, un altrettanto spazioso salotto con divano tipico e un bagno. Poi si sale e ci sono 2 camere (una con bagno privato), altre scale e c'è un bagno in comune. Poi altro piano con altre due camere e infine la terrazza sul tetto, vero gioiello con divani tavolo, gazebo. In più c'è anche l'accesso in piscina. La posizione non è vicinissima al centro, ma comunque fattibile anche a piedi. Magari di notte meglio un taxi per tornare (costo di un euro o due a persona massimo) Tuttavia la posizione ha decisamente un lato positivo. Ovvero che il Riad si trova all'interno di un piccolo villaggio con dei piccoli bar, recintato, aperto 24h, ma sorvegliato. Quindi una volta dentro ci si sente totalmente al sicuro anche di notte. Infine ci siamo anche dimenticati delle cose nel Riad e Habiba (la governante) ce le ha messe da parte e fatte riavere. I contatti si tengono su whatsapp in maniera molto efficiente e si può scrivere direttamente in italiano.

Nulla di rilevante, potrebbero forse mettere la possibilità della colazione, ma noi il giorno dopo siamo dovuti partire per il deserto quindi non ne avremmo potuto comunque usufruire.

Oh my goodness! I hardly ever leave reviews and I really don't know how to even begin with this one....it must be good right? Yes it's amazing! The accommodation itself is a beautiful Riad, with spacious areas for being alone, or all united together, a fully equipped kitchen , multiple shower and bathrooms, with the roof terrace also being wonderful, with full sun or shaded options, and stunning views of the rooftops of Marrakech. The Riad Lyna sits within a serene and secure gated area with access to a lovely shared swimming pools complex, local shops and places to get food, and a mosque. However, it is also only a 20 minute walk away from the old town and bustling markets and en route to museums and other restaurants. BUT!....the most amazing thing about this property is the people that come alongside it, Imane, Habiba, and Ismael 😍 Imane our host went above and beyond to plan all our trips and excursions prior to our visit and was excellent with online communication before and anytime during our stay, such an attentive host, ready to answer any questions or queries and give good advice. Habiba was wonderful, coming out late at night to welcome us with our keys after our flights were delayed 🤦🏻‍♀️. And Ismael, our driver, our trusted person, what can I say? The world needs more Ismael's. He welcomed us and waved us goodbye with airport transfers, accompanied us on all of our trips, he was so professional...but also felt like a trusted honest friend, and we felt so safe with him. We cannot thank you enough Imane, Habiba and Ismael for your amazing hospitality and kindness, we love Marrakech and we love you all, we hope to come back again and see you all once more! We strongly recommend! More than 10 stars from us! ✨✨✨✨

Everything was wonderful....the only thing I can think of is there isn't a toaster...but who needs a toaster in Marrakech!

Está en una zona tranquila, cerca de la muralla con puertas de entrada a la Medina que te llenan a la plaza dando un paseo, en el recinto hay restaurantes y un pequeño comercio para comprar agua y demás. Habiba es la Sra que nos atendió y fue encantadora , a petición nuestra nos preparó el desayuno todos los días a 5€ por persona pero el desayuno muy completo todo perfecto.

Un superbe Ryad, décor authentique et atmosphère apaisante. Imane et Habiba sont adorables et très attentionnées. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Estuvimos en Riad Lyna durante nuestra visita a Marrakech y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El lugar es precioso, con una decoración tradicional muy cuidada y un ambiente tranquilo que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Lo que más destacamos fue la amabilidad del personal.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la atención recibida, el Riad ha superado nuestras espectativas. Un lugar acogedor, tranquilo y con acceso cercano al centro. Dispone de todo lo necesario para descansar y poder disfrutar de unos días. Totalmente recomendable.

Très beau Riad situé au calme juste à côté de la médina. Il est spacieux et joliment décoré. Le rooftop est vraiment un + et agréable. La disponibilité de l'hôte qui très réactive aux demandes. Merci à elle. Piscine partagée avec risque de monde à certains moments de la journée, sans être un frein pour en profiter  Pour manger, le restaurant/snack "chez Samir" est un incontournable. Prix-qualité et gentillesse 

Pour améliorer encore le confort : mettre à disposition quelques tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle et un sèche-cheveux, installer quelques crochets pour les serviettes de bain dans les salles de douche et refixer quelques prises 😊

Gentillesse et professionnalisme des hôtes. Propreté.

La climatisation dans 2 chambres fonctionnent mal. Les lits sont très peu confortables.
